Box Office

Buying Tickets Online Please only use UTATickets.com and AXS.com for purchasing tickets to events at College Park Center to ensure the tickets you are buying are authentic and valid. We are unable to validate tickets or assist with ticket purchases from third party ticketing sites.

   

Will Call

Pick up Will Call tickets at the Box Office. Must bring photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

AXS Mobile ID

AXS Mobile ID is our electronic form of ticket delivery when attending events at College Park Center. Guests can enter the arena with the AXS Tickets mobile app, transfer tickets to friends and family, or sell tickets on the app. Learn more about AXS Mobile ID HERE.

Child Ticket Policy

For UTA Athletics and many other events, children under 3 years of age do not require a ticket if they will be sitting in someone’s lap and not occupying a separate seat. Please check the event info page for the policy for your specific event, as some events require everyone, regardless of age to have a ticket.
